How to place an order

Creating an account

To make online purchases, you must register for an account with momominerals. Registration is simple and free! Once your details are stored, you can enjoy quicker and easier online shopping. You can also access your account online at any time to change your information. By creating an account and saving your info, you can enjoy the following benefits:
1.       Enjoy the convenience of fast-track checkout on online purchases.
2.       Get quick access to your purchase history

Steps to order

1. To place an order, simply add the items you want to your Shopping Cart. You will be required to sign in to your account in order to check out. If you have not created an account, please click here to do so.

2. If you are intending to get our greater value momokits, please select this first before filling up your shopping cart. Next, fill your cart by selecting items from the respective product pages.

3. Enter your “friends of momo” Perks code (if any) before checking out to enjoy special discounts or goodies planned for you. Please note that “friends of momo” Perks code is not applicable for the purchase of momokits.

4. Upon submission of your online order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, with your order reference number and order details. You will also receive a Transaction Confirmation e-mail from PayPal when your credit card has been charged.

Accessing and Changing Your Account Information

Simply log in and click on "My Account" to change your information.

Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the forgotten password prompt in the sign-in screen. We will send a new password to your e-mail account. You can then change this to a new password of your choice in the account information pages.

Handling & Shipping

Once we have received your order, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. It may take longer to process orders during holidays and other busy times of the year.

Business days are Monday through Friday (10am to 6pm), excluding public holidays in Singapore.

Local Orders (Singapore)

We provide FREE handling & delivery for orders of S$80 and above.

Postage charges for orders below S$80 is as follows:
S$3.90 (Flat rate) - Registered Mail.

International Orders (Non-Singapore Orders)

All international orders are sent by Registered Airmail. Rates are charged according to the weight of merchandise and the country zone.

Please be aware that all products delivered internationally (outside of Singapore) may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs ARE NOT COVERED under the shipping fee you pay for when we fill your order.

Pricing & Payment

A) Product Pricing

All product prices are in Singapore dollars (No GST) and are exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. We accept all orders for products subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

B) Payment Mode

momominerals accepts the following forms of payment:
1) Visa
2) Mastercard
3) Paypal
2) Bank Transfer (Only for Singapore Orders)

Paypal/Credit Card

We accept credit card payment through PayPal’s secure payment processing system service. PayPal ensures transaction security and integrity by using state of the art encryption and industry-recognized AVS and CW2 checks to thwart fraud.

Upon confirmation of your order at checkout, you will be transferred to PayPal’s Secure Payment Page where you will be required to provide your name as it appears on the credit card, your credit card number, and expiration date.

If there is a problem with processing your credit card, you will receive an error message and will be prompted to enter your card details again. Click here should you have any queries on Paypal.

Payment by Bank Transfer (Only for Singapore Orders)

We accept payment via local bank transfer to our bank account. After you have selected the Bank Transfer option at the Payment Information page during checkout, our bank account details will be provided during the checkout process and in the Order Confirmation e-mail.

Kindly email us after you have made payment, quoting your order number and the transaction reference number. Payment via bank transfer must be made within 3 days from the date of order, otherwise the order will be automatically deleted by the system. We can only process order after receiving the funds.
